| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We try to ensure that 95% of items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. We will eneavour to contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We accept debit & credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling For all UK orders a Standard charge of £5.00 will be made. This covers our packaging and postage for most items. For shipping outside the UK, please contact us for charges. |

| Returns Policy Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days commencing the day after the date that the items were delivered. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods are made to order or have been removed from their packaging or have had the tags removed, thus rendering them not "as new". To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on a piece of paper with your order details (the invoice or e-mail will suffice). Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days commencing the day after the date that the items were delivered. Once you have notified us that you are cacelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and with any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when they delivered to you.
